    I know @VeggieGirlforLife ! I did it, but I was not happy about it and my thighs and gluts are not happy today either. I am sore!!! I am changing the ab workout part though because I cannot do crunches as they just kill my neck no matter what I do. I found other workouts for the abs that avoid crunches and I am going to do those while Leslie is crunching away. :laugh: Apparently, it is a common problem as a couple of trainers on videos that I watched even mentioned it. Anyway, I survived and I know it is "good for me!" :wink:

    My Goal for Nov. will be to continue my walking and workouts at work and make sure I am at 2 miles at least 6 days a week.

    11/1 Workout #227 Cleaning property and vacated spaces. 1 hr 2.09 miles
    11/2 Workout #228 Walking property and cleaning. 1 hr. Pulling peppers and uprooting plants. (No more garden) 1 hr. Cooking and clean up and laundry another 1.5 hrs. burned 1,728 calories doing 210 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Sports" 2.5 miles
    11/3 Workout #229 2 hrs picking up branches & throwing them over a 6' fence into the compost. 2 hrs preparing 3 lbs of peppers for the freezer. 3.09 miles today and sore back and legs.
    11/4 Workout #230 Cleaning property and checking spaces. Had to use the golf cart as my assist. was sick so I was by myself. only 1.63 miles so far for today

    I appreciate all the congrats on meeting my goal, but I really didn't. My milage was set low because I thought I would be doing Firm 30 this month, but I seem to be doing arm and ab "leaf raking workouts" instead. The maples have finally lost all of their leaves, so today I can finish raking those up, but the oak has about 2 more weeks to go according to the lawn guy next door! :explode: I keep raking them up because the city has not yet done the curb pickup so they will all be vacuumed away shortly! It is exhausting and now I know what everyone has blowers!!! :laugh:

    Anyway, I am still here and hopefully adding enough mileage so Thanksgiving dinner is a wash! :laugh:

    @zichab, that's pretty aggravating about the leaves. I sympathize. I have cleaned out the gutters on our house 3 times so far.
