    I couldn’t find a scale Sunday so I weighed in today after we got back from visiting family. I knew I would likely gain after all of the eating and drinking. That’s okay but I will admit that I was hoping to be under 200 by January 1. There’s still a week left but I don’t think I will lose 2 pounds in the coming week.

    Day: I feel good about today, didn’t overindulge and made smart choices. Pre-logged tomorrow, as well as I could anyway, and hopefully that will help me stay on track (I’m fine with going over and enjoying myself but I don’t want it to turn into a full-on binge).

    Sweets are the death of me and people have been giving us cookies and candy and all kinds of crap! My husband brings home all kinds of junk. I know that sounds like an excuse but it's really hard to say no when it is EVERYWHERE. I've had gains the past two weeks. I'm ready for January. How are you guys managing!?
    To be fair to my self, I've been pretty consistent for 2 months on here and that is really significant. So I'm trying to just

    Calories: Just barely over (but I didn’t log my activity so it would be under if I had)
    Exercise: took my daughter skating (her first time so not a ton of movement but lots of core/stabilizing as I practically dragged her around the rink 🤣 (she’s almost 4))
    Day: feel pretty good about today. I was super hungry so didn’t fast which always makes it harder to keep to my calories (I do IF and skip breakfast almost daily) but I still did pretty good.

    Water challenge: nope. I need to recommit to this!!
