    Usually my binges come with a trigger and usually I can feel the urge before hand but this one caught me completely off guard. One minute I’m putting food away from dinner and tomorrow’s lunch prep and the next minute I’m im putting a dirty spoon covered in macaroni salad into the sink. It was like the blink of an eye. Once a binger always a binger. This is just an eye opener for me to see that I will forever be fighting my inner Elephant. The irrational erratic demanding selfish hungry elephant. I payed for it all day today with a headache (gluten headache)

    Today was much better :)

    So glad you were able to be successful today! It's definitely one day at a time for me, and that nasty binge monster is always lurking.

    Oh, I wanted so bad to buy a big bag of candy, but luckily, came to my senses and remembered how disgusted I'd be with myself after gorging on the whole bag and resisted!!

    Good job bill!! This is how I keep myself from eating pizza and donuts. I just remind myself how it will make me feel afterwards.
