    1 mile at a time ...

    Having physical therapy for a knee issue, went back today with some improvement and we tried dry needling. Anyone ever do it? I'm curious to see if it'll help. Going back in three weeks, will do it again if it's helping, but would love input if anyone's done it on any body parts.
