Holiday cheers and CONGRATS for those making GOAL....@K80FLEC, @CPANUS, and @LAMLAMSMAKEOVER!!
@KAR328 - Glad your fire alarm wasn't anything more than an inconvenience!
My sweetie and I survived the craziness of the Holidays while thoroughly enjoying the time spent with friends and loved ones. We both feel so very fortunate that we have so many people that we care about and that care about us as well. We are off on our 4th(??) Annual Post-Holiday Getaway and enjoying 3 gloriously quiet nights at a wonderful resort overlooking Lake Superior. This is the same place we stayed at last year. We enjoyed it so much that we just had to come back and stay an extra day this time.
I wish all the best for all of you and your loved ones and as always, let's finish this month (and YEAR) strong! Get those *kittens* moving and come back safe to take on the new year!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I just put my oldest son on a plane. It was nice to have both of them here. Went for a run yesterday and today - battling back after all the over eating. I'm at 89/50.0

Posting 12 more miles. 9 from the ex bike and 3 from walking with Georgie in the COLD crisp air (I NEEDED it due to feeling tired & lazy!). I then did 4 sets of 10 rear lunges off the step on each leg, 40 bi cep curls with overhead press & 40 plie' squats. With up & down a flight of stairs in between each set. That makes goal for me!

Sorry that I have been MIA. It has been a rough month. Missing my dad and everything reminds me of him. I hope all of you that celebrate Christmas had a good one. My hubby and I stayed home as I was not up to celebrating with family. I think it is so different for them as they were not around to see my dad much. In fact, my sister, lived 30 minutes away and has not been here to see him in over three years.
I will need to start cleaning out his house. It will be overwhelming to say the least. My dad could not depart with anything. In the mean time I have been cleaning out my own house. It does not look like I made a dent in my own stuff. I realize that someone will need to clean out my mess One day and no one is going to want anything. I have no children to pass things on to. I do want to bring some of my dad’s things here to keep, so that will mean departing with some of my things. I told my hubby to just get a dumpster for our driveway....lol.
@k80flec: My deer are not upside down on my sweater. When I look down at them, they are right side up.
@kar: Congratulations on the new job. Always nicer when the hours are less, the pay is better and the traveling time has decreased.
@Dean: Always enjoy pup pictures.
Well, I need to get some serious butt moving going...so someone come here and kick me in mine. Have a good week folks.
