Ummm... I'm a little confused about why this is now called the "Move Your *kitten*? Challenge" but I rather like it. LOL

    Isn’t the new name sweet

@clepant and @JTH11706 , thank you both for your kind words.
@vhuber - I’m intrigued. You seem to have such a long winter and a very, very short summer - it obviously contributes your great strength.

Last Monday I took a day trip with my running girlfriends - a Christmas present for one on them. We went by train to Manchester to the German Christmas markets. A few miles of purposeful walking were done!
On Saturday morning I took my eldest grandson (5 and 1/52 years old) to parkrun where he earned his first volunteer credit :)
He was in charge. He had a ball. He used the megaphone to cheer the runners round until one of my colleagues confiscated it!

Could have sworn I logged miles yesterday. Guess I’ll combine yesterday and today.

Adding 29 miles for 29 out of 150.

Adding 19 miles for 48 out of 150. Gotta get the miles in before the holidays and some really long shifts.

Adding 11 miles for 59 out of 150

Adding 7 miles for 66 out of 150.

My Fitness Pal has a filter whereby any "bad" word shows up as kitten instead. I always figured the $$ in A $ $ got around it, but I guess it finally changed.

For anyone with a lot of time to spare, there's a fantastic thread on there about kittens - it's 398 pages with a lot of funny gifs and memes. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1003280/come-to-mfp-they-said-there-are-kitten-gifs-they-said/p1

I added 1.1 mile today. So far the knee is loving the dry needling I had done on Friday. Took Boot camp this morning and so far so good. And my insurance covers it  I'd pay out of pocket for it anyway ...

Love that face, he looks quite proud of himself. He could get some pointers from this guy in S. Africa who runs the park run, then stays and cheers everyone on. Overtake!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLOkA4Coz0A
