Had a busy couple of days, so tracking wasn't a big priority for me.

I have been doing my best to watch my portion sizes, and not let the fact that I didn't track allows me to pretend calories don't exist. I was so happy to see the scale say 182.0. It just made me feel like I am getting so close to getting out of the 180s. I just have to keep at it.2 -

Yes, please put this in for tomorrow. I don't have a scale at home and I weighed in this morning....but tomorrow is my day for this group. Probably better as the super bowl is tomorrow and I don't think I will be holding back!0 -

This week has been completely insane this week... a lot of overtime and craziness at work. I totally caved Thursday and Friday when my boss brought munchkins to work for all of us... I stayed under my goal both days, but it reminded me of how much I enjoy those stupid things! But, I am back on track for the rest of the weekend!1 -
