    January Week 4 is now in the books!

    January is a month where motivation is high with the New Year and it definitely shows this week! We are down 97 lbs across all teams which is AMAZING!! So many individuals dropping 1% or more this week, which is super! Awesome job everyone!! Let's take that momentum into February!!

    I totally understand the frustration with weight fluctuations. It still bewilders me.
    I have to keep telling myself that I am weighing to see long term progress not just to see the number on the scale.

    Amazing work team for January!! Can’t wait to get started on the feb thread and continue our good work there 💃🏼

    Inspired by a few people on here I had my first PT session yesterday and really feeling pumped up by it. Fitness goals are really pushing me on at the minute! Hope everyone had a great weekend x

    @LMK02020 yes, there is a new thread for February. Unfortunately, the spreadsheet for January is done, so I cannot post your weight if you weigh in.... please remember to post it this Saturday(or before, to be safe), because results may be posted early next Sunday, and I do not want you to be removed for not posting for a second week!

    This last week was just HORRIBLE! Like I don't have any control over my eating. The only good thing that I continued doing was my exercises. I am back where I was at the beginning of January. So, today I am starting again. My goal for this month is to drop at least 8lb. I have to go cold turkey, because once I start eating something I shouldn't, there is no stopping me.
