January is a month where motivation is high with the New Year and it definitely shows this week! We are down 97 lbs across all teams which is AMAZING!! So many individuals dropping 1% or more this week, which is super! Awesome job everyone!! Let's take that momentum into February!!

I totally understand the frustration with weight fluctuations. It still bewilders me.
I have to keep telling myself that I am weighing to see long term progress not just to see the number on the scale.1 -

This last week was just HORRIBLE! Like I don't have any control over my eating. The only good thing that I continued doing was my exercises. I am back where I was at the beginning of January. So, today I am starting again. My goal for this month is to drop at least 8lb. I have to go cold turkey, because once I start eating something I shouldn't, there is no stopping me.0
