I broke my charger for my laptop this week and hate typing on my phone so I haven't taken the time to do a Jan intro. I should have a new charger by the end of the week and get back on track with sharing my goals
I expected a gain this week. I spent the day before weigh-in overeating a sodium-heavy diet. I plan to get back on track this week!1 -

@primekayprime that's a bummer! I am glad you have a charger on the way, I know howis with the phone, but I do everything from my phone. I hope you don't end up with a gain, but it totally happens and at least you know why it may happen!0 -
Mini Accountability Challenge for NerdyPrincess92

Water: 4 glasses
Thoughts: I'm sick, but want to make logging a consistent feature of my day to day. I have gone over but not by a lot. Hopefully as I go back to work tomorrow I'll be more "on it" and hopefully this cold will go as well. Car is in the garage so will get some walking in to and from the bus for work. May even try a lunchtime walk too.

My Thoughts: This week was tough because I was on my last week of break from work. I also had some left over holiday food that I wanted to get rid of. I am excited to get back on track this week going back to work and starting a new exercise routine. Glad I at least maintained and did not gain.1 -
