Weigh in week: Week 1
Weigh in day: Monday
Previous Week’s weight: 174.2
Today’s Weight: 172.5
@cmhubbard92 Thank you for noticing that. I had put an average for Sunday/Monday on another site and thought that I had done that here also. (I should have double checked.) The 173 was also a Sunday/Monday average. These are my actual Monday numbers. Thank you again for catching that.

Happy Monday
Excellent weigh ins for Sunday and Monday.
I overslept this morning and feel groggy.
For my goal of drinking a glass of water before anything else. I'm drinking water while I'm waiting for coffee and getting all the pets their water.
I hope you all have a wonderful day and successful week!3 -

Yesterday did not go as planned Moving forward today though. I'm not happy about the gain but I honestly was expecting it to be a lot more.1 -
Suuuuuure ... yesterday I dropped to 217 but bounced back to 219 this morning. Oh well. Happens. I know I'll get it back. Not too bad on this week's mini challenges, but it'll be nice to be back into the normal flow again to get back on track with everything.
My goals for this year were to lose weight with normal healthy food and exercise more. So far I've begun working with a nutritionist who I see every other week and hired a personal trainer who I see weekly (including tonight). I've been working out on my elliptical mostly, but I've just added an app (7M) that provides decent workouts that I can add before I get on the machine for strength training. Saturday I went through two rounds of a leg workout before the elliptical. Even though I have my training appointment tonight, I might get in a second workout afterward - depending on how badly she tries to kill me.
In regard to food, I'm an obsessive planner, so I already know I'm making Caribbean chicken breasts tonight that will last us three days, then balsamic-glazed chicken that will take us through the rest of the week. I'll add in veggies or a salad, and work backward from there for breakfast and lunch. Then just repeat all week to keep it easy.
@cmhubbard92, I'm afraid I can't access the spreadsheet from work (security on this end), so please enter my data for me. I'll try to get a look at it from home tonight.
Thanks everyone and have a great week!!

@thedestar fabulous weigh in when you were expecting a higher number! Nobody has had tragic gains this week, and that is awesome!1 -

@Kathi7501 great progress this week!
If possible, for this week, please give me your daily step counts so that when I enter them in the spreadsheet, they total accurately(I can't put just the total there, as i have a formula in the total spot). Awesome job reaching many of your goals!0 -
