My Thoughts: This week was tough because I was on my last week of break from work. I also had some left over holiday food that I wanted to get rid of. I am excited to get back on track this week going back to work and starting a new exercise routine. Glad I at least maintained and did not gain.

@losingbecks Have you tried strength training? It should build your muscle and replace the fat.

This group is fab as you will learn. I started with bmi of 42.8. it now hovers around 24. Trust me if I can do it, anyone can3 -
