Just view it as a stabilisation of your weight loss. You're not gaining which is great and once you are focused again you haven't gained, so you haven't extra to loose. Also make your 1st Goal 204. Small goals are more rewarding!5 -
Provided I don't put anything back on before the end of the month, I'll be getting my new ear piercings as I've now reached my 2nd target goal (every 10kg lost I'm rewarding myself). As of today's weigh in I've lost 20 kg since October, putting me half way to my minimum goal weight. My hope it to get to 55kg, but goal is under 60kg.

So happy to have the fam in town for the weekend - dinner party last night. We made something delicious -Mushroom Bourguignon (NYT recipe) Keto modified. Still, even though I tried not to, I ate bread, salty things and generally too much food. Dagnabbit! Dopey! Lol. Now I am really suffering with the bloated up body feeling plus, ugh, sciatica too boot.
Drinking lots water today and settling it all back down. Not a happy camper this morning. Kind of like a “walk of shame” only different regrets! Lol2 -

Im so pleased (and a bit shocked!) that the scale is continuing to drop 😄 I’m trying to do 90 days Keto with no cheats (I’m going on Vacation in the middle of May, so it’s good motivation). Thankful for this group that helps keep my accountable!

I'm not going to make my goal this month because I went out of town this past weekend to celebrate my birthday and ate and drank all the things, and by Saturday night my body was letting me know it! I'm super bloated and then on top of that I ran late this morning so just threw some things in my bag for lunch which are still Keto-friendly but not the best options. My actual B-day is today and the fam wants to go out for dinner, so I know overall this isn't gonna be a good eating day, but after tonight I'm gonna get back into being strict with it. I've still lost almost 30 lbs so I definitely don't want to give up all that progress!

I just donated blood today, and I had two oreos cooking afterwards (I was feeling very light headed and dizzy)- now I feel a little guilty about it UGH. I hope I didn't undo any progress!1

Does anyone else get frustrated by the daily scale fluctuations? I weigh myself everyday (which I know is not great, but for years I avoided the scale like the plague- so I feel like I need to step on it to keep myself in check).

Yes, I’m a daily weigher. I do find it frustrating because of the fluctuations but I also thinks it holds me accountable. When quit weighing myself over the holidays the weight crept back quickly. I don’t trust myself without doing it.2 -
hi ive just joined. i started keto on monday and ive not weighed myself yet. im dreading it. I am very obese and needing to lose this weight. I have a lot of weight to lose so i am in it for the long haul. I will need some encouragement some days and a kick up the backside others. I know im late for this month but by starting now i can carry on and have a better account of my starting weight. I really needed this group.4
