Do most people post everyday ?

Yes, some do. It is part of what we call "The Winners Circle". For every day you post you get 1 point and at the end of each week, the points are tallied up.
For me, It's a good way to stay accountable to myself and gives me motivation to stay on track.

Comments: I am currently working 60 hours a week and I am about 4 weeks out from a weightlifting competion and I have really been trying to do it all, but I'm learning there are just not enough hours in the day.

Yes. It helps keep me on track. For one thing it breaks my week into shorter daily goals which makes it easier to succeed.

I know you are so busy right now. I hope it starts getting easier for you. Good luck on the weightlifting competition! You will do great!
