The first day of distance learning and I did too much sitting! Some of my schedule was impacted by trying to help families connect with the internet and that my husband, who is also distant teaching wanted me to put my car into the garage prior to my scheduled walk ( I go to the beach at dawn to social distance).1 -

My county’s under a “stay at home” order from March 26-April 16. Means I’ll be walking more at the greenway, since the gym won’t be open any time soon. I should probably just cancel my gym membership and re-up when everything actually reopens.0 -

I am a disaster! My stress level is through the roof. Work demands are impacting my health. I am seriously thinking of using sick time because the expectations during school closure is impacting my health. Yesterday my day began with an email from a parent at 4 and ended at 10 with an email/text from a teacher. TOO MUCH sitting too much work, too much that is out of my control.1 -

Trying a new schedule. Yesterday was not good. My son who lives very far from me in a new community for him is worried he has the virus. My 89-year-old mother is having a hard time NOT going out and she lives in New York City. On top of that work is crazy. I need to realize that during normal school I don't go to the lunchroom because I need the peace that sometimes is the opposite of what occurs in the lunchroom. If I think of Zoom meetings as this I need to chose which I need to go to and then treat them like a staff meeting, be quiet, get the information and get out.1 -
