    So not the direction I want to go in. But It is what it is.

    Please stay healthy everyone. Most of us here have underlying heath issues and we joined this group to not only lose weight but to get healthier as we do it. This virus is very serious. Stay home if you can. I pray everyone stays healthy.

    For dates: 3/25, 3/26, 3/27. 3/28:
    Yes 4x for calories count, kept track of foods and drinks, and exercised. I don't know if I will be in the winners circle because I didn't exercise on Sundays for this month 🤔🙄 ...so I basically used my 3 passes plus more for all the Sundays of March. 😮😥

    I had a very easy week no workouts because I had a tumor burned on my liver; Doc said i can start to workout this week but to take it easy so I am happy with only a 1 pound gain

    My weight has been creeping sometimes during the week jumping WAY up. I am hoping that creating a new schedule for myself will help. I am only hoping that they keep the beach in my town open so I can walk.

    Sorry i missed a week or so i have been so slammed at work. Im a shipping manager of a medical supplies company. As you can imagine masks gloves and disinfectants are flying out the building.     Exercise. Got a walk in and my husband and I played some tennis.
    It’s been years since we played. So much fun. But boy am I so out of shape. Was pissed at myself for letting it get this bad. But like my husband said either I can focus on how much I let things this past year affect my health and fitness or I can start from now and turn it around. So, Going to use these 30 days of having to stay home and recommit to myself. Why because I am worth it.
