Check in March 30
1. Mindful exercise daily. Walked both on my lunch break and 3.3 miles around town after supper, chilly wind but the sun was still out.
2. Low carb, < 35 daily. 22 net, hope to reset from the way high carb Sunday I had.
3. Calorie deficit, <1,500 daily. Well under.
4. Get rid of 5 lbs by 3/31. Took on extra weight from the high carb day but it's going back down. Final weigh in tomorrow to see how it all turns out.1 -

1. Mindful exercise daily. Able to walk both on my lunch and after supper, likely 5 miles total 2. Low carb, < 35 daily. right at goal
3. Calorie deficit, <1,500 daily. Well under.
4. Get rid of 5 lbs by 3/31. Able to get rid of 5 lbs! Was going for 10 but didn't quite make it, ended with 8.5.
