Hope to lose 8lbs
Walk much more

Do some exercise and yoga
Most important job though look after my hubby who had a coronary bypass yesterday ❤❤1 -
Hey, y'all let me know when the next step challenge begins. I want to start posting steps again. I think I want to move to the Cheer Squad for May, but I'm going to try to be accountable to my steps here for now. I'm SO VERY GLAD it is finally May!1

Normally, I wouldn’t be happy with a gain but earlier in the week I was up 8 pounds. I have been 2 days binge free and I am going to try to reign in my weekend eating. I am planning on a nice walk today as the last few days the weather didn’t cooperate.
Today’s goals
1. Walk 5km
2. Drink 8 cups water
3. Tai chi
4. Stay within calorie goal
