That is a loss of 1.8 pounds and a percentage loss of 0.57%. I know I said I would go out and buy my favorite coffee or make it at home if I lost 1% each week. I think I will lower that to 0.5% because that is still good.
If I lose the same percentage each week, then I will be under 300 pounds by the end of next month even though my goal is for this month. But I have been more consistent with my exercise this week and walked 3 miles yesterday inside and in the backyard.1 -

Okay, I had been walking about 2,000 to 3,000 steps per day. Last Saturday, I decided to just kick it up to 10k steps per day. Reached the 10k step goal for two days, and nearly got it 3 days. I knew there might be some water retention when increasing exercise, but I didn't realize my weight would jump to 315 two days after I started. The 314.2 is the result of it coming down from that.0 -
