    That is a loss of 1.8 pounds and a percentage loss of 0.57%. :) I know I said I would go out and buy my favorite coffee or make it at home if I lost 1% each week. I think I will lower that to 0.5% because that is still good.

    If I lose the same percentage each week, then I will be under 300 pounds by the end of next month even though my goal is for this month. But I have been more consistent with my exercise this week and walked 3 miles yesterday inside and in the backyard.

    I have not been in here in a while. This was the last weight I could find for me, and I weighed in at the same weight this past Saturday. I have been stuck in one place for a few weeks now. I have been sliding back into bad habits and need to get back on track.
