    Hello everyone. I'm Jaresa, 30 yrs old, live in Ohio and I am new to the group and KETO as well. I've been doing lower carb meals, kind of easing my way into it. First just practicing making healthier choices and cooking at home more. I'm looking forward to starting a 100% Keto diet really soon. I've been doing this for 2 weeks now. I've made a reward kit for every mile stone. Losing 5 pounds, doing 100% KETO for 5 days straight, no straying (sugar/carbs), etc. I hope this helps me stay focused. My goal is to lose 80 pounds.

    Starting weight was 230 Ibs
    Current weight is 225.1 Ibs
    Goat weight is 150 Ibs

    @tinafortenberry : Water, Water, Water!!!!!! Seriously, make sure you are drinking at least a gallon a day. More if you have kidney issues. Plus it will help you feel less hungry/snacky. Mio electrolytes flavors are a great way to get more water in, while also keeping that keto flu at bay.

    @jaresaross07 welcome and good luck. Make your mental goals smaller by the way than your long term one, concentrate on the first 10, you are almost there, then head for another. It makes it easier........

    Thankfully down a bit having bounced about all week and part of last. My next goal is to be 155 even 155.8 counts! As I said above do small goals........though maybe not quite as small as mine!

    So here it goes. I’ve just started Keto and feel like I’ve done pretty good. Of course it has only been a few days so I will post my starting weight today. I’m doing better than I thought I would. I haven’t really had any major cravings. I hope it stays that way.

    I hope everyone had a great week!
    I did very well all week and then went way over what I should have on Mothers Day. I am choosing to not let that mess with my head and I am back on track today. Event though I know better, I get frustrated that I don't see the quick results (even on Keto) that I did when I was younger. I am choosing to not let that get to me as well, because that is no excuse. (I have a lot of excuses in my mind!)

    Too many bad carbs this week. I’m talking sugary, starchy carbs I know I should avoid. It is like I’m a carboholic. Once I start, I end up binging or over doing and telling myself I’ll be better tomorrow. So, tomorrow starts today. Only keto friendly carbs that fit with my keto way of existing will find their way onto my plate this week.

    I am almost to my goal weight. This is a good month for me, I'm surprised though because I have not been working out because we have had a house guest. Hope it's not muscle weight I'm losing. :/
