    Tracked: Yes until I baked cookies for my partner......
    Calories: slightly over due to cookie tasting
    Exercise: None
    Water: not enough

    Fruits and veggies: kale, green onion, peas

    I'm going to be tracking my daily water intake and my fruits and veggies intake along with all of the other daily tasks. Those are two things that are critical to my nutrition during treatment so I want to be sure that I am being accountable and getting enough of what my body needs! I encourage others to join if it fits their needs in this journey!

    Need to work on water and adding more fruits and veggies to all of my meals instead of just dinner.

    Hi I'm amanda 31 married have four kids I'm from co but living in il 3 year ago I lost 70 lbs but with my depression and anxiety and drinking I gained it all back I'm now back and so ready to kick butt almost 9 months sober and I just started I have lost 15lbs

    Exercise: no because suffering through keto flu so need to take it easy

    Fruits and veggies: banana, butter lettuce, carrots, corn on the cob, cauliflower, tomatoes

    Solid day back on track. Did much better with water, fruits, and veggies today. I need to start doing yoga more regularly. I've been so sedentary since the onset of the virus and I need to be better about that. My doctors caution against exercise that might be too strenuous, so I want to start doing yoga at the very least.

    Are you trying to open it as an editor? This is the response I got from Admin:

    @AmyG1982 They keep requesting editor access. They have viewing rights. They don't seem to understand that the weights are posted in the team thread and then the captain enters them on the sheet.
    Anyone with the link can VIEW it, but they cannot edit it.

    Water: 80 oz, a little low - aiming for at least 100 oz a day
    Fruits and veggies: cauliflower, broccoli, banana, kale, butternut squash, apple, carrots, celery, onion, avocado

    Day: Much better day increasing fruits and veggies. Lunch and dinner both were meals with a lot of added veggies. Homemade butternut squash soup that had apples, carrots, celery added. Dinner was cauliflower gnocchi from trader joes with broccoli and kale with a homemade pesto sauce that added avocado!
