Solid day back on track. Did much better with water, fruits, and veggies today. I need to start doing yoga more regularly. I've been so sedentary since the onset of the virus and I need to be better about that. My doctors caution against exercise that might be too strenuous, so I want to start doing yoga at the very least.0 -

Are you trying to open it as an editor? This is the response I got from Admin:@AB0215 one of my teammates says they can’t open the spreadsheet, that it says they need permission. Can you look into the permissions please? Thanks!
@AmyG1982 They keep requesting editor access. They have viewing rights. They don't seem to understand that the weights are posted in the team thread and then the captain enters them on the sheet.
Anyone with the link can VIEW it, but they cannot edit it.

Fruits and veggies: cauliflower, broccoli, banana, kale, butternut squash, apple, carrots, celery, onion, avocado
Day: Much better day increasing fruits and veggies. Lunch and dinner both were meals with a lot of added veggies. Homemade butternut squash soup that had apples, carrots, celery added. Dinner was cauliflower gnocchi from trader joes with broccoli and kale with a homemade pesto sauce that added avocado!1 -

Darn it, i gained again, feel really bloated as well, so pretty sure most, if not all, is water weight3 -
Today workout 40min hiit on elliptical and treadmill 20 min each with 300 rope jumping(skipping).
Extra calories burned doing sweeping and mopping 5800 sq ft house for 3 hrs :-) .
Btw I have been following macronutient diet with low carb and strength training from a year though not 100 % I have noticed I can fit into the dress when I was 187lbs my current weight is 217lbs had amazing inch loss .
