Darn it, i gained again, feel really bloated as well, so pretty sure most, if not all, is water weight3 -
Today workout 40min hiit on elliptical and treadmill 20 min each with 300 rope jumping(skipping).
Extra calories burned doing sweeping and mopping 5800 sq ft house for 3 hrs :-) .
Btw I have been following macronutient diet with low carb and strength training from a year though not 100 % I have noticed I can fit into the dress when I was 187lbs my current weight is 217lbs had amazing inch loss .

Fruits and veggies: butternut squash, banana, celery, carrot, apple, onion, jicama, cabbage
Really need to up the water intake today in advance of treatment tomorrow. That will be my goal today, make sure I am super hydrated to make tomorrow easier.3 -
