Well done for last week everyone!!
Gotta admit I am very disappointed with the number on the scale this morning. I am a daily weigher and was happy seeing smaller numbers all through last week, but this weekend we finally met with some friends and I clearly relaxed too much.
But this week will be full of better choices.
I am happy with my exercise. I'm into a good running and hiking routine, I'm averaging around 20k steps a day. I think I need to cut back on eating back my exercise calories.
This week I need to continue to work on my mental mindset to this all. Focus on long term happiness and not immediate gratification with treats! Podcasts are definitely helped. It's good to have other people's voices in my head instead of my own!

Good morning. It just dawned on me why I couldn’t find the June thread initially- I hadn’t found the link from the last part of the May thread.
I’m still here, though.
This quarantine is kicking my butt. I have gained weight instead of lost it. I’m frustrated, but even worse I’m unmotivated.
I wake up and literally sit on my couch for the majority of the day.
I think I will re-download a couch to 5k app. Hopefully that’ll get me moving a little bit.

Need to be better about water for sure. Wasn't as good about fruits and veggies over the weekend either. Post chemo usually makes me want bland, starchy food so let myself eat those in the days immediately following treatment and then refocus on goals as the week goes on and as I start to feel better.3 -

I’m not doing c25k but I have just started running again. Maybe we could add our run length/times to our daily post for extra accountability? I ran/walked 3.5k this morning and while I actually ran most of it it still took me half an hour 🤣 I’m a work in progress1 -
@red1185 I can certainly say I've been there and I bet a lot of people on the team have too. For me it was helpful just to set a small goal daily or weekly that didn't relate to the number on the scale. I set goals to read or call a friend, things that focused on my mental health and eventually lead to physical improvements. We're here for you!2

@AmyG1982 I appologize. I've been incredibly busy and completely forgot to weigh in. I don't use social media or MFP for anything other than this challenge and I've definitely been slacking. I appologize. Have I just missed one week? Am I still in? I have eaten somethings out of my diet plan the past two weeks since vacation and I've gained. I'll go ahead and weigh in and if I need it sit out til the next month I can.

No worries! You’ve only missed one week and you’re still in last weight I have for you is 103.8. Should I add the 106.6 as your Thursday last week weigh in or do you want to wait till Thursday this week to log? (I have you down for Thursday weigh ins but I can have that changed if another day if that would work better for you)0 -

Not so great on water or fruits and veggies. It was definitely a take out sort of day, but thats ok. I'll just refocus today and eat something more balanced for dinner to get back on track.1 -
