July 1- WATP 4 mile challenge, love it. 16,666 steps😈. Listened to Fast Food Genocide. Daydreamed quite a bit. Hopefully I will learn to be more attentive. Happy Canada day 🇨🇦
July 2- TEZ, 15,072 steps ( I just discovered I can get miles off of Fitbit- maybe next month!). Walked outdoors, but husband came, thought it would be rude to listen to 📚
July 3- 5 fat burning miles. Liked it a lot. Felt tired but energetic afterwards🥺.13,660 steps. A little Bit of outdoor audiobook but, man, do I ever day dream. Might have to switch to thrillers next month.
July 4- Happy day to my 🇺🇸 friends. 30 days, both segments. 12,761 steps
July 5- No LS, I was sore. I think I need a rest day every 2 weeks. Big outdoor walk, a little bit of book and 17,035 steps 😅

July 8- just felt so blue. No video, only 1185 steps.
July 9- Belly Blasting 3 miles + floor workout. Long sunny walk in Pm. Finished one book ( daydreamed a lot). 17,727 steps

5k steps each day this wkend at work. 0 active minutes either day on my fitbit. Both days kinda draining and 0 energy for anything after work but there's a chance I'll get my miles in tomorrow if I can get the day off. Fingers crossed! Have a great week ahead everyone.2

Worked a half day and then got to go home. It was WAY TOO HOT to be outside this afternoon though so I ended up napping and watching a movie with a half pint of ice cream. True story. But then, thank goodness for my pup, he dragged me out and we walk/jogged a field together awhile tonight and burned through the rest of the 10000 steps!3

Walked about 2 hours outside, beautiful weather, 6.5 miles! Have to work today after all so hopeful I'm still able to get out for a long walk tomorrow too if I can muster the energy!2

Hi @bacpath!You can find HASfit on YouTube for free and they also have an app with some free workouts. Coach Kozak and his wife Claudia are awesome. Very encouraging and their workouts range from beginners to advanced, most workouts include modifications. Here is their YouTube channel: https://youtube.com/channel/UCXIJ2-RSIGn53HA-x9RDevA
I HIGHLY recommend them! I have experienced a positive change in my muscle tone and strength from their workouts. Please let me know if you give them a try and how you like them.1 -
