@Dave - Beautiful photos. Must have been a fun ride. Looks a little muggy in a couple of the photos. Still, on a motorbike, it’s only muggy when you stop.0

@DEAN - Yes, Saturday was about 93F and very muggy. We got most of our riding done before mid to late-afternoon when it was at its worst, but you're absolutely right. It's tolerable as long as you're still moving! Stopping at traffic lights in town can be a little uncomfortable. Sunday was about 10 degrees cooler and lower humidity and was very pleasant for riding!
@LEANZ - Really close! Thankfully there's lots of month left to make goal and get lots of bonus miles.
Dave

My Plantar Fasciitis is acting up so I took the weekend off. Yesterday’s hike was less painful! I’m glad I forced myself to take a couple days off. I am also cutting back to 2 miles instead of 3 miles for a week or so. 🤞🏼

My supervisor tested positive again! She wasn't allowed to come to work and we are waiting for instructions from the CEO and COO for more directions.
I had more tests yesterday so I have a huge bruise on my chest which makes it painful to breathe and hard move my left arm much. However, I already have the results back and everything is looking goo.
@darkrider42 Sounds like you had a great time Dave. Last year we went to the car museum off of I80 which was fantastic. We keep meaning to get to the bike one.
@lamlamsmakeover- that is impressive!
@vhuber - I hope you heal soon, soft tissue takes SO long.
@cmvt4 - it's the worst when you can't walk without pain.

Oh my goodness - so many injuries. I hope everyone feels better soon. I am thankfully uninjured, just lacking in motivation in this heat. Managed a hot run this morning still, putting me at 40/50.0

Now crossing the GOAL line are @ANACONDA49 and @LEANZ!! Congrats!
I managed to get a 3.1 mile walk in last night after dinner and will probably not get out until after dinner again this evening. A pleasantly cool day here today!! It's 66F at 1pm. I'll take it!

@Dave - 66 degrees F? That's unheard of for this time of year. We hit 93 and then a cold front rolled in. Rather pleasant evening.1

It was HOT & HUMID here today. 96* It is to be like this for a few more days.
I have been walking but not long distances. My foot needs to be taped & I have to wear my tennis shoes. No flip flops or slip on shoes. I have to have support or my foot really hurts by late afternoon. I had my classes this week & it bothers me afterwards.
I've updated my ticker & that is from a bike ride and walking! Should hit goal tomorrow.
