    Oops...guess Iโ€™m pretty tired...LOL. It will be 5 months tomorrow my cat died, not 5-1/2 months.

    Always consider the first month or two (or three) here as "getting the hang of it" even if you DO end up using 3 or 4 passes relatively early on. After #4, just consider yourself "in training" for next month .... and next month, aim for using 1 (or more) fewer pass days than the one before. Repeat.

    A deficit of 36 calories is STILL a deficit! Yay YOU on that and on the awesome evening run!

    (and see my note re your Aug 4 entry ... you DIDN'T use a Pass day then, as you DID answer yes to the UAC Big 3 questions. #5 (sleep) is a bonus item that you are tracking for yourself and not part of the "used a pass or not / make the Winners Circle or not" equation.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? walked / paced through a 1 hr teleconf plus two afterwork cord-less phone conversations ... plus dry enough for an evening outdoor 35 minute walk.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Plenty under even with an expanded evening snack due to all that exercise (ate right up to MPF base maintenance level and still under what fitbit says I burned so far today.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
