    I like the kitty!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, my husband and I went for a 30 minute brisk walk.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yup! And I ate more than I did yesterday so I'm proud of myself for that.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yup.

    1) More than 20 minutes of daily exercise;
    2) Tracking the caloric intake of both food and beverage;
    3) Consuming no more than your chosen limit of daily calories
    4) Daily or every third day reporting of your fulfillment of the above.
    5) At least 7hrs of sleep

    1) 60 min 🏃‍♀️, plus a bit of 🚴‍♀️ and a very brief 🎾
    2) ✔
    3) Deficit: 36 cal, not worth mentioning. But what is worth mentioning is that I went over 2000 cal and at the thought of using my 3rd pass on the 5th of the month, inspite of sleeping so well last night, I felt like giving up this challenge. However, I got in an awesome run in the evening (5,15 miles in 50 minutes) so here I am, still 🙋‍♀️.
    5) Sleep: 9h ✔😄👍

    @dewit
    I’m glad you are here! We need to practice kindness & patience as we modify entrenched habits!!

    36 calorie deficit x 365 days/year = 3.75 lbs per year.

    I remind myself frequently of eating even 25 fewer calories per day. Each one matters!!

    That's the kind of situation / event that (planned) Passes are built in to accommodate.
