Ya'll don't know how exciting it is for me to have this loss. Like our Pandemic, may this signal the beginning of the end of out of control growth.4 -

Hello after a chaotic 6 months or so I am trying to actively lose weight again. I spent several months binging but have managed to go a full month without so feel ready to calorie count again.
Basically 1 stone to lose now which is a bit frustrating when I got within 2lb of goal, but don't think it's too bad in the grand scheme of things.
I imagine there's lots of new faces around here, so hello! And hopefully we'll all see successes over the rest of 2020.3 -

Great @amskinner87 I am glad you are back. Since mid-Feb I am up approximately 25lbs. That's the hard news. The good news is that in the last week I am down 0.1 lbs. The best news is that today I am on track.

Hey @amskinner87, I have the same goal weight as you....still bumbling down the fat loss track. Winning at the moment, but it has been a grind, not having access to the gym and being able to socialise with it. Am going to post my weigh in as usual tomorrow. Looking to be on track again this week. Feeling tired as all hell, but have found a place to live and now for the move, whee!1

SW: 265lbs as at 5th August 2020
GW: 200lbs
LW: 264.6lbs
CW: 265.0lbs

Ditched my original start weight from 2016. Think I need to be focused on going forward rather than trying to re-capture my previous success.
Success plan for the next week:- Log as accurately as possible, evaluate where and why I am making poor choices.
- Increase NEAT.
- Look into more convenient options for lunch to make more time for exercising in the evenings.

Although not by much, I'm officially back down to the lowest weight since April! I am almost back to my starting weight of the year! This is where I typically backslide - just before I get the goal. But NOT this time! I'm going to be at this year's starting weight by next week! I'm determined! And then onward to my ultimate goal weight!1
