Hi all
Hope you are well n keeping safe.
Just to say I won't be providing my weight tommorow as usual but rather on Wednesday as I am away from home and won't have access to a scale until Wednesday .
Thank you and have a good day.

LOSS IN INCHES....9.5
Well I'm not going to moan about staying the same as I pulled my back at work Monday. Taken lots of strong pain killers but they bunged me up!! Steps were down as it hurt 😞. But my inch loss is amazing, I did it twice to make sure lol. Plus down a size in knickers lol.
Well done to everyone xxx ❤❤
I hope your back is feeling better. The scales is not the only measurement of how we are doing just as you have shown us.Morning all,
Here for Monday check in. I stepped on the scales and came out at 250 to my surprise again due to being like 250.8 yesterday. Will have to see if that remains with weight fluctuations and if it does, I'll hopefully go into the 40's next week
Well done on the loss! I love those surprises on the scale. Do you using a weight trending app to track your weight? I use Happy Scale and I like it as it gives me a nice overall picture.

I made a note to myself so I should remember as long as I don’t have one of those senior moments! 😂0 -

LOSS....3 -ish lbs
I did make it to 169 this week but had a birthday party yesterday and it seems I cheated myself on cheat day. On a positive note I did do more physical activity last week then previously, which is a win-I know I can, its finding the right time to fit it in!
Also, anyone else's job think that they should be doing more work now that they are working from home????0 -
Sunday’s check in
Calories: under
Exercise: none
Water:✅
Steps: 3,290
DBF: 6
Yesterday was the laziest day I have had in along time. If I hadn’t gone to my daughter’s to help her for awhile I think I would have had less than 2,000 steps.
I had a short walk this morning and I will be walking to meet my granddaughters later today. We are going to go to a little store near us and stop at Tim Hortons. It is going to be another brutally hot day here again today so we will have to take our time. I should have close to an hour walking getting there and back.
Have a great start to the week all!
Daily goals
1. Walk 30 minutes daily
2. 9000 steps daily
3. No late night snacking/binge eating1 -

Thank you, the only tracker I really use is MFP on the check in feature I hit edit previous entries and it shows all weights I've entered from beginning to now I also use memos on phone then can enter in on MFP later if I can't immediately. I'm not sure if it was this thread or another where someone suggested weight trending app? If so, I'd grateful if this could be pointed out!0 -

Congrats on the loss! The fact you hit 169 is great. Once the bloat from yummy birthday party foods wears off you will see it again. Great job on the physical activity. One thing I used to do when I worked was scheduled my workout times in my day. That way myself, the family and anybody else for that matter knew I had something on at that time. I am retired so I can’t comment on the working from home situation.lindamtuck2018 wrote: »Morning all,

The two I know of are Happy scale (apple) and libra (android). I use happy scale. I have 15 months of weigh in data and it is invaluable to me. It gives you a nice picture of the overall trend of your weight.0 -

Monday -- Check-In
Started today with my "normal" routine. Got up, fed animals, watered outdoor plants (they've been neglected for several days and really needed water!), fixed morning coffee, fixed breakfast ... and stepped on scale to check weight. Still same as Saturday. <sigh> Eating and drinking were on track so had hoped to see a loss; oh well, maybe another day or two.
Did my stretches and steps this morning. Plan to fit in my yoga later this afternoon. Task for today is laundry. I was away most of each day last week. By the time I got home, I was too tired to do much of anything. So I'll be catching up on laundry and general house cleaning for the next 2-3 days.
Hope Y'All have a great day!! 🌞

Happy Monday!
I have been in quite a funk for quite a while. It's time to turn that around and get back on track!
Goals for today:
15,000 steps
14/14 hours active on the Fitbit (250 steps each hour)
Stretch
Meditate 10 minutes
Log what I eat
Cheers!0 -

Sometimes those darn scales don’t give us what we expect. There are days that I just want to throw mine off the balcony. I am sure it will cooperate in the next few days. Hope your day is going well.888Angie888 wrote: »Happy Monday!

With those goals you should be heading in the right direction. I like the meditating goal. I think I will have to steal this for next week.0 -

Company is gone and normal life may resume. Not gonna lie, it's tempting to just continue with eating whatever I want because the call of the bad food is there. I definitely don't like how I've been feeling though. Sick to my stomach, heartburn at night and general tiredness from the crap food. Getting back on plan, logging all my food today for the first time in like a week, gonna drink lots of water, and make sure I get a walk in tonight.1 -

It is not good that you feel awful but it sure is incentive to get back on track. I am sure you are going to be glad to get back to your walks.0
