I did my best 1 mile walk/run yesterday. I ran it in 13 minutes and 14 seconds. I just started running a couple weeks ago, so I'm pretty good with that. I'm also kept up with my weightlifting 3x a week so far.8 -

Hello, everyone! Thank you for having me here. My name is Bre. I’m 21 years old and I live in Georgia with my sister.
I’ve always struggled with my weight as a child. At 15, I reached my highest weight of 242 lbs but I was able to get down to 180 lbs by the age of 17. Last year I gained back almost all the weight(I was going through a lot emotionally and learning how to be an adult and live on my own lol). I’m looking to get back under 200 lbs and reach my ultimate goal of 170 lbs.
My struggle is sticking to my meal prep and to my fasting schedule. I meal prep for Sun-Fri and I have a cheat meal on Saturday.
September Goals:
1.) Keep myself accountable by participating in this team with all you wonderful people
2.) Exercise 30 mins daily. My fav ways of exercising is walking, jump roping, zumba and roller skating (been teaching myself for the past 2 weeks)
3.) Eat at or below my calorie limit.

Hi everyone! I’m Brittney! Bre is my little sister❤️
Like bre, I have struggled with weight for a long time. I am 6feet even so people always told me that I don’t look bad. However, illnesses don’t care whether you look bad or good. I didn’t like the way I looked/felt and I didn’t want to develop any illness from my horrible eating habits. My highest weight was been 280lbs (this was sometime last year) and now I am at 251. My goal weight for now is 215. My favorite exercises are walking, dancing , and recently roller skating. I’ve also stopped eating meats unless it’s fish.
I struggle with:
1.) Emotional eating/overeating
2.) My sweet tooth
3.) Not sticking to my meal prep

What a mess of a week. Is it friday yet? everything is going wrong, Im training 2 new nursing staff and we are all in diffrent buildings so I am running back and forth to help them, and bringing my own work home. Then today I asked the secretary to send a message out to the kids who needed vaccines still, but she sent it to the opposite group, the ones that I have records of it, so now Im getting messages left and right from confused parents, ugh. I asked the tech office about why I couldnt get on the server, well its in a pile in her office, she asks me whats on it I need, well EVERYTHING. All my documents are on there, I cant do 75% of my work without being on there. There has been so much going on, im losing my mind, but slowly I am getting there. It should be ok soon, I hope.5

Good morning all...welcome to the new Casey Sisters (sounds like a singing group from the 60s) LOL!! @breanacasey2017 and @brittcasey87 !! We're glad you found us!
I'm Jessica, one of the two captains here. @mulecanter is the other...we are here to help you with support, and hopefully a few ideas along the way, perhaps a laugh or two...thanks for taking a minute to introduce yourselves...sounds like you're well on your way with a good plan and planning is half the battle...my advice is always to have a plan B (and C sometimes) so that when the hunger hits, you're not tempted to grab anything in sight. We've all been there and it's the cravings that get tough, I think!
You're in the midst of a great team...caring, supportive, a little wacky (well I'm talking about your captains now) LOL!
Let us know what we can do to help you...if you're walk fanatics, please join our step team...chart is located just below the weight chart off of the main Fat2Fit page. I just need to know your daily step goal and would appreciate you sharing your favorite places to walk. Feel free to post pics of your pets if you're out walking...favorite parks, etc. We all love great pics...they're motivating!!
