Walking 2 miles and did some laundry in which I would just put one thing away at a time to get more steps in. Steps= 12,151
I have exercised 6 days a week and have cut down on my eating. I got on scale and gained 4 lbs this morning. I just donβt get it. I need to get out of this rut. Ugh! So frustrating π§

Also to have a consistent exercise routine because I only do light streches and exercise in the morning and find that I do not have much energy after work but, that is the only time to really exercise effectively if that makes sense. Working on incorporating more fruit and vegetables in my diet.0 -

Today was meal prep of my breakfast and lunch for the upcoming week. I found a recipe for sausage & egg muffins for my breakfast and Ground Turkey bolognese and cabbage noodles. I added and took away something's to make it more my style.

Yeah it is frustrating! I'm doing keto. So I always keep my carbs in check. MY weigh in was this morning and i did lose a few pounds. But still up from last week. I just have been having a difficult time since my brain surgery since 7/1.1 -
