    Walking 2 miles and did some laundry in which I would just put one thing away at a time to get more steps in. Steps= 12,151

    I have exercised 6 days a week and have cut down on my eating. I got on scale and gained 4 lbs this morning. I just don’t get it. I need to get out of this rut. Ugh! So frustrating 😧

    Goals/Day/Comments: My goal is to not have to do catch up every week with my post. Also to have a consistent exercise routine because I only do light streches and exercise in the morning and find that I do not have much energy after work but, that is the only time to really exercise effectively if that makes sense. Working on incorporating more fruit and vegetables in my diet.

    Yeah I would be frustrated after putting so much work in. Maybe you need to switch up your meals less carb and more protein possibly will work???

    Today was meal prep of my breakfast and lunch for the upcoming week. I found a recipe for sausage & egg muffins for my breakfast and Ground Turkey bolognese and cabbage noodles. I added and took away something's to make it more my style.

    Yeah it is frustrating! I'm doing keto. So I always keep my carbs in check. MY weigh in was this morning and i did lose a few pounds. But still up from last week. I just have been having a difficult time since my brain surgery since 7/1.
