Yeppy, yep!! Got everything back...I think. Pat is a genius when it comes to this stuff. There was an Firefox update that started all by itself that messed everything up. Pat went in and found out there were a ton of complaints about it. He fixed everything. I was so freaked out. I have been on MFP for years...ask me if I remember my password...bwahahahahahaha! Anyway, I'm good now. :D

I was able to walk a couple miles of hills the other day. So happy that my left knee pain went away. :)

Things have calmed down with parents so I’m getting back to exercise after a lot of work in house and garage.

Got up early Sunday and walked 45 minutes - 2.2 miles. Still hot days here in Georgia but you can feel a little change in the early morning and sitting outside in the evening.

Glad your Left knee is better, Paula. Sure wish my right knee pain would go away...ugh!

No walking today...too smoky...says DH. We were in the red zone last night. I can't smell is at 5:50 a.m.

    Working out w/SIL at 7:30.

It was 115 yesterday! Weather app says 109 is today's high. Ouch!

It was a chilly 61 this morning. Weird weather. We usually don’t see fall weather until late October. I had a good walk 67 minutes - 3.14 miles.

It was 64 this morning in Georgia. Still cooler than normal for us but good for a morning walk. Got in 68 mins - 3.18 miles. My knee is better but my right hip was hurting. Carpet cleaners coming Thursday for Rooms that don’t have hardwoods. Almost done... move day October 1.

Walked 2.12 miles in 44 minutes. Not feeling it today but decided to get something in as I will be dealing with the carpet cleaners on Thursday.

Paula I agree with Karen every movement counts in 2020. We’re lucky some mornings to get out of bed at all.

    Hang in ladies!

Chris I would have panicked! So glad it is all back!

Paula all walking counts. But you have to carry something. Kits are good. Cuppa is great...

    Karen you rock!

Kathy I wish I could come admire all you have done. So rewarding. You make me want to paint my bathroom. I hate it!

Worked out in the gym today at work. So glad I did.

I'm trying to re-create Shelley's bodyweight initiation challenge. It's just like a dozen reps each of toe lifts; wall planks, wall pushups, wall sits, and something else. Maybe I'll add some dumbbells for arms and leg lifts for balance. Baby steps...

Karen that would be a great stretch routine! Stretching for apples. Reminds me. I should go see if I can save any of the peaches.

Paula keep it to about 15-20 minutes at first. Baby steps for sure. I am sore from over doing it on Friday. It hurts so good. Muahahaha

I walked outside today, masked because it's still smoky. 15 minutes; serious hills; rev'd my metabolism. :)

I didn't feel great at all yesterday. Got a migraine headache which is really really rare for me. But I felt horrible for a good portion of the day. Laid down and took Excedrin Migraine and felt better. Did take a 40 minute walk with Bella and Jim in the evening which felt nice to get some fresh air. It was a beautiful day after all. Really need to get my stress under control.
