Kathy, hope your appt went okay.
Shelley and Karen, I used to get those then my hair turned grey and I got old. I get the lights sometimes but never the headache any more. So getting old isn't so bad!!

Our skies are clear today!! I hope it lasts. We walked this morning. 2.1 miles in 41 mins. then I worked out w/Pete for 50 mins.

Morning walk 65 mins - 3.21 miles.
My appointment went so so. My A1C is not where it should be. My doctor is concerned about my horrible sleeping habits and recommended Melatonin. I’ve got to keep up the exercise and cut out the snacking and drumroll...stop stressing. Good luck with that...right.
Have to go back in 6 weeks instead of 3 months.

it Was raining most of the morning so I decided to workout on the stationary bike today.
30 minutes - 6.36 miles
Karen I need all the help I can get right now. Thank you. We can do this for sure. This group got me out of the 200snand you all will get me to my goal. We will continue to encourage each other in this journey.

We didn't walk this morning. I had a really rough night...I didn't have the oomph at 4:00 a.m. We will walk tomorrow for sure, and I will workout w/Pete.

My (former) co-workers invited me to a socially distanced belated birthday lunch at the office. So nice to see them again. During Covid, it feels wrong to drop by to say "Hi" so this was a real treat!
Did errands at the same time. Got my metabolism rev'd with a large espresso mocha and two hours of shopping/walking. Didn't visit people deliberately but saw two girlfriends because one is barista at Cafe Society and the other owns Tokens gift shop. Miss friends the most. Such a nice, nice, nice, nice day!

Forgot to post yesterday. Walked 63 minutes - 3.23 miles. Frustrated because I’m not losing weight consistently. I miss Planet Fitness. Maybe I have to add an evening workout?

Kathy, I in the same boat. The dial is not moving and I'm going crazy. I'm not walking as much as I used to yet or as fast. I'm pretty sure if I can increase my speed that will help. We walked at 5:00 a.m. and could see all the stars!! Then we went to get Ronan and Bean and there was no smoke. We could see Mt. Diablo!! Beautiful today!!

Yesterday 30 min elliptical and then a 30 min walk with Bella. Been doing my "egg" snack when hungry instead of carbs and am trying to cut back on the wine....oh so hard ;(
Down 2 lbs....haven't seen 168 in 3 years...feels good.

Hectic Day...went to the office to grab some stuff so worked there all day. 10 people in a building of 500...lots of plexiglass. Pretty depressing;)
