    My son flies out on Tuesday for Prague. I am barely holding it together here, so I won't be "back" before then. I was actually very surprised that I only went up two pounds in the last two weeks....it felt like ten!!

    Why do I keep gaining and loosing the same 3-5lbs so frustrating.....

    Air quality still terrible 🤢 180-320 depending on the time of day
    We had another fire break out by about 20 miles away hopefully they get this under control soon .

    Praying for the quick recovery of our POTUS and the first lady( politics aside )

    Hi. I think I totally missed my weigh in day last week?
    Work has been hectic! I went from 9 hours to 38 hours in one week due to absences. I'm exhausted and didn't watch my food the way I should have. Hopefully this week will be better.
    On the bright side I racked up over 20k steps a day!
