    Hi, can I roll over my weight this week? I cannot get out of this mental funk and watching my caloric intake has unfortunately been one if the casualties of that.

    I arrived back home last night, after a long drive home, we left at 2am! I am well rested today, and ready to get back into the swing of things!

    I will spend some time updating the spreadsheets and try getting some results out to you today! You have all been doing well, and it's a little hard to keep up!
