I shared a gorgeous pizza with them that had come via an online delivery the day before. I was thinking I could eat it over 4 days, in the circumstances I had a third and it fitted into to my calories fine, so tomorrow I'm back on my usual meals.

Hi everyone! I’m still here and still on track - sorry I’m quiet 🤐 I need to get back in the habit of writing on here everyday! But I’m still staying under calories every day, drink lots of water, exercising everyday and keeping my PMA!!!! I’ve also just completed sober October 🥳
This is actually the end of Week 15 for me, my total loss is 3st 4lbs 🥳 I think it’s my 3rd month with BBT too 🥰 any way HAPPY HALLOWEEN everyone and here’s to an awesome November 😇0 -
