exercise: no, it literally rained all day (which was a good thing), but I am using that as my excuse to not get in any exercise!!

It was a little tough to break even without formal exercise.....a customer dropped off homemade cinnamon sugar donuts!! (I only had one!!) Because it was raining and I did not want to go out, I decided to try on all of my fall clothes. Most of them fit, or didn't fit, the way that I thought they would, or would not, except the jeans that I bought last winter. They are quite comfortable when I put them on, but with the elastane in them, I know they will get loose pretty quickly. Fine for work, though, and much better than being too tight!!1 -

exercise: yes, just a 20 minute walk in the evening. It gets dark so early, that evening walks aren't as enjoyable right now. (When it's dark and it's evening, you just want to be inside!!) I may have to go in the mornings, even though the mornings are colder.
water: yes, 8 cups. Would like that to be higher, but need to start drinking earlier in the day to make that happen!

I'm sorry your evening walks aren't as enjoyable. I love walking in the dark and the cold. I don't walk as much in the summer because it takes so long to get dark.1 -
