    Comments: Even with a birthday celebration, delicious BBQ food and healthy sides, and of course cake... I did a really nice long walk in the morning to bank some calories, stayed under budget, but used all of my earned calories and nearly went over. :#

    Back to the basics today! o:)

    Another tough week. I'm not at home so I don't have same control over diet and activity. Did manage to lose a little my stepping up my walking. Trying to be patient as I find my new normal!
