    Strength exercises. Upper 10min
    Then afternoon walk 20 min
    Then stationary bike 25

    I am still having trouble breaking those habits i picked up during my chemo an radation . figured by now i could of conquered them the evening seem the worse .
    Day time breakfast an snacks an lunch i can control really good.
    Getting discouraged .

    Didnt get chance to post Saturday daily post we were invited out to eat for first time since my cancer last year.
    It put me over calories a little but not much

    Did better today did have one of those min where you want to have a candy bar .
    I have dark chocolate in house so took one bite an put rest up.then after that i felt good about not eating the recommended 4 squares.
    Conquered today.
    Looking forward to next week to see what happens.
