Went down to the landslide and looked for pitons. Looks like someone stole them from the sandbags, oh well. But found one. And got a good ramble in down the hillside and over the gullies.

Nice movement ladies! I have off today for Veteran's Day ( we occasionally get it off....interesting for a French company). I was ask to be on the board of our local United ways, so I have my 1st board meeting today. Really excited about serving on this board. Then I am going to get ahead a cure
and then I am going to assemble a crackpot lasagna for dinner
yummy.
Not sure what I will do for exercise yet...it is meant to rain all day, but will see!

Sara was off today so...no boys. We slept in until 7:00 then walked 4.26 miles in 90 mins and then I worked out w/my trainer for 60 mins. It's been a good day.

Spent the last 2 days with my guy. It was nice to get away and veg out. Watched a lot of TV and made tentative travel plans for next year, Back to the park today.

Talked to investment counsellor, got car smogged, shopped, (saw friends on street and at stores - got to chat - what a treat!) and went to post office. Lots of activity and all done Covid-safely but not much effort as it was serious lacking an aerobics element, tbd...

Dropped some books off in a book box, and that was it for today.

I would lead it on my black stallion! Or maybe the 60 dollar champion. Or maybe Seattle Slew. Or I could show up in a convoy. Muahaha. And I just finished cleaning my purple block. Kathy
Kathy I know how you feel. I so want to get back to doing something!
Karen I had it off also. Spent it running around in a truck out at Alcova. They had lowered the level in a lake. Maintenance on the dams and spill way. Someone had thrown a toilet into it even! Very interesting afternoon!
Chris I got in some good walking also. Then imitated Karen and turned into a slug.
Walked over 1400 steps today. Have not done that in a bit.

Walked 2.5 miles in 45 minutes. I know I still need to do more. Also the cravings are back with a vengeance. Hard to control my pantry when my parents are both snackers too. Will figure it out.

Ha! When we went out to the Rocky Road last weekend, we had just gotten to the end of it when a bunch of construction guys showed up. We watched as four trucks came rumbling onto a flattened area that used to be hilly!! ...sigh... They never saw us.
Chris
Chris I can so see you hiding behind a bush. Shhhh, don't let them see us. MuahahahWalked 2.5 miles in 45 minutes. I know I still need to do more. Also the cravings are back with a vengeance. Hard to control my pantry when my parents are both snackers too. Will figure it out.
Kathy
Kathy that is the hardest. Having others in the home with you who snack. Maybe you can set up a challenge for all of you to stop snacking at a certain time.

1.21 miles in 27 mins with Sara and Ronan. It got too dark to continue...I miss summer.

Finished both workouts, with modifications. Upgraded to five pound dumbbells. Added some TRX: pushups, pull-ups, iron crosses & whatever else made those muscles stretcchhh.
It feels so good!

3.4 mile walk in 71 minutes. Early morning walk. It was a beautiful Friday morning in Atlanta.
Kathy0 -
5.35 miles in 112 mins. Walked up to the post office to drop off some mail. It's been a long time since we've done that. We did find a long serrated edge knife in the street in front of a house just as a woman was pulling into the driveway. Gave it to her. Just the thought that little kids could have found it made my stomach hurt. Egads!
