    70 minute walk this morning at a beautiful park near Ron’s house. Got in 3.34 miles. Beautiful day!

    4.46 miles in 102 mins...on an adventure looking at the construction site we were at last weekend. We've made all these guesses what they are doing but we'll just have to wait and see. It was fun! Beautiful day here, too.

    Helped neighbor help me. He did the hard stuff, cutting down what looked like two little oak trees on our old property. I just dragged branches away after they were felled. It turned out to be more work than either of us anticipated. We were both bushed when it was done. (no pun intended...)

    Today's workout completed - check.

    Worked out w/my trainer for an hour today. It was a hard workout...it was good. It's our day off walking.

    We just did 4.64 miles in 106 mins in the wind. It was soooo windy! But we had fun. Now I'm going to read and later have a big salad!

    I did not get a work out in. Working on the cabinet for the bathroom.

    Paula I love oak trees. Shame they had to be cut down.

    Took a brisk walk/run for 30 mins. Haven't run in a while, but now that I am lighter, may do a bit more of it.

    I got new Brooks sneakers that I wore with an insert the podiatrist gave me. I have superhighway arches and my left food has been hurting. I need to start doing the stretching she gave me. Hope it helps.

    Lovely morning. I took a 70 minute wAlk 3.31 miles. I needed it after yesterday’s Thanksgiving dinner...ate way too much.

    Kathy, we celebrated w/the kids on Wed. I have way too much sugar!! Overload!

    No walking today...Rest Day...but I did workout w/my trainer for 60 mins.

    Kathy that is awesome. What a great walk. I ate to much also.

    Chris I am just helping. Rocky does most of the cutting and sheet rock. I did fine tune that drawer. And I had the crazy idea to to refurbish the existing cabinet. But it needed a drawer. Now it has one. <3 So astonished you still are seeing that trainer.

    Walked the dogs for about 40 minutes. It was a lovely late November afternoon.

    Tonight I finished the OX and "...That Happened" workouts and added TRX.

    I'm going to try to walk three days a week; do body/dumbell weights three days; and rest the last day.

    Shelley, our/my trainer is the same one that Sara and I started seeing at the gym a year before Sara and Pete got married...sooo seven years ago. She left the gym a long time ago and started training out of her garage. She has been really good to me. The virus messed us up for a few months otherwise I see her every week.

    3.5 miles in 65 minutes this morning. Paula I may join you in strength training as we’re about to have a cold spell in Georgia. Lows in the 20s starting Tuesday. Good opportunity to switch it up a little. My arms will really appreciate it! :D

    Finished building the cabinet and moved the rock collections in from the garage. Each bin of crystals and semi-precious stones weighs around 15-20 pounds. Fifteen of them. Then four boxes of display pieces that are twice as heavy - I could barely stagger with them. Carried each one the length of the house. Kept going until I collapsed, Then did it all over again and finished up in the evening. But it's done!

    It was a good workout.

    I have some pretty pretty rocks. :)

    Wow Chris. 7 years already. I remember you sharing wedding photos. I bet you wish Sara was still going with you.

    Shelley, she has been really good for me. She researches everything. Yeah, I wish Sara was still working out with me. She is a blast!

    Yesterday...I worked out for 60 mins w/my trainer. She is kicking up my exercises, and I'm pretty happy about it!
