Honestly, pretty happy that I maintained this week.
Much more committed and on task this week than I have been for a while so I'm feeling hopeful.

Lost 4 pounds this week but had gained a pound last week so technically down 3.

Itβs all because my dog hates snow and upped my steps from daily average 10k to 18k.

Well my body went into pound drop overdrive for about 10 days, and i lost 2 pounds since last week (weighed under 175 two mornings this week) but I'm still settling into this weight. I lost 4 pounds in less than 2 weeks, so most likely I'll weigh the same next week.

Currently around 173/174! Was a little lower a few days ago, but it'll work itself out π so down 1 or 2 lbs from last week! Feeling great about it ππ

Yikes. I really need to get back into it. Work = eating chocolate that the snackman delivers to work around once a week.
The weekend and the 2 days so far of a new lockdown has got me kind of back into my routine!
I didn't move in with my partner (Abhi) on 6th Feb. Instead I have a new partner (Nitin). Basically Nitin and I dated last year but his mum flipped out because I'm not Indian so we broke up. I started dating Abhi and occasionally talking to Nitin. Then a few weeks ago Nitin almost drowned and decided to live his life his way not his mums so I ended up back with Nitin.
I'm a bit stressed because his mum is being a *kitten* and calling him everyday and saying change your mind. Also I have to pay for the place Abhi and I didn't move into. Now Nitin is sick because of stress and he goes silent with messages/calls when sick.
I missed the dietitian zoom group call today because I was freaking out (I have borderline personality disorder). Now I have to wait until April. At least it gives me more time to work on getting myself sorted and not eating everything in sight at work!
Overall I'm stupidly happy with Nitin and my job. And once I get back into my routine, I'll be ever happier!
You ladies are all doing so well! Especially the ones in the middle of winter! Yikes! Keep it up! 11 weeks - we can do it!4 -

Granted, I haven't really been trying very hard...if at all.
When I come in from the frigid cold, I honestly just don't care what I eat.
UGH!
I guess I'm learning that a goal of maintaining is hard enough in the winter. Losing weight takes more dedication than I have!4 -
I am going in the wrong direction, too.

I didn't do great this week. Ate at maintenance a few days (but never over my TDEE!)... So same weight this week as last.

Going very slowly but I am losing....5 -
Gained 2 pounds this weekπ but I'm good with it. I want to enjoy my vacation then I can eat healthy and lose the rest of the year. Got some cute clothes today some of which are slightly tight so that should be good motivation.4
