163.5lbs....about where I've been for the past few weeks. Honestly, not putting too much thought into it.
Thinking about buying myself a smart scale. I really want to start lifting weights to gain more muscle.1 -

I got together with my girlfriends on Saturday night and ate and drank too much. I have spent the last three days getting it back down. It's amazing how one bad night ruins all your hard work.1 -
