So I am really trying to do this "change from within" self-growth thing and created a personal development plan to get myself on track. Tell me what you guys' think!

    Personal Development Plan:

Areas in my life where I want to achieve success
    Fitness
    Health
    Career/Knowledge
    Finances
    Education

    Specific goal for each area
    Exercise at least 3x/week
Get down to at least 175 pounds (60 pounds lost)
Become a certified ER nurse; TNCC certification; VAN certified
Have $3,000 in spending account; $5,000 in savings.
Re-Enroll in class and maintain A average

    Timeframe: 1 year

Reward I will give to myself if I achieve this goal: Full Arm Sleeve

Strengths and advantages I have that can have my achieve this goal
Knowledge of the gym and gym equipment
Connections and people to lead me in advancing my career
    Multiple sources of income

Which new skills/knowledge will help me to achieve my goal?
Knowledge of targeted workouts and plans to maximize results
Pre-planned meals to keep me on track,
    Certification study books

Which actions do I need to take to achieve this goal?
Action 1: Saving 20% of my paycheck.
Action 2: Going to the gym 3x a week
Action 3: Read for 30 minutes a night at least 5 days out of the week
Action 4: Reach out to my counselor about getting on track and staying on track.
Action 5: Create and stick to a daily routine

Things I choose to start doing and stop doing which will help me to achieve my goal:

    Start Doing
    Reading books
    Only buying essentials
    Networking
    Eating better
    Step out of comfort zones

    Stop Doing
    Procrastinating
    Complaining
    Making excuses
    Skipping morning/night routines
    Eating for comfort/convenience

This is amazing! I am going to steal this. I love the detail and the way everything is broke down. You have realistic goals. Your actions to achieve them doable.

Hi all! Just sneaking in here to do my daily check in before jumping in the shower and heading to bed. Busy day planned for tomorrow!

So I learned today- the wii fit only resets for weight limit during the loading screen. If you are lighter whilst on the loading screen but then your normal weight (IE over the 330lb) whilst exercising, it still works.

I also learned today that if I just put my finger on the top of the computer monitor next to where I am standing, to get rid of about half a lb, then I am under the max limit while hydrated and wearing clothes.

Follow me for more life hacks ;):D

seriously though- it was nice to change up my workout a bit. I did about 20 min on there, and then my usual dancing tonight. As well as some cleaning. Busy busy! I got so much done while Gael was out, it was wonderful!!

Tomorrow a friend asked to come meet me at my place to go for a walk together, which is about 2 miles, round about. I might take her on a longer walk, we shall see. It's going to be 0 degrees and sunny in the morning, so even I will have to wrap up! Then I have a football game to watch at 2. After that, my friend might need a hand with her christmas stuff, so I offered to be of some service. That may or may not happen, but it would be lovely if it does!! HA actually just as I was typing, I remembered that I am actually speaking at an AA meeting tomorrow night at 7 so I have to change my festive plans, oh well! lol

Food is a little "loud" today. I think I might not be eating enough some days- I am going to keep an eye on that. I don't want to eat too little and then binge. It's not restricting, I feel like I'm just being mindful. But I plan on taking some supper with me if I go to my friend's place tomorrow, just to be prepared.

I'm going to drink some more water before bed, maybe I'm just thirsty!

Anyhoo- I hope everyone had a good day. Hoping to be around tomorrow at some point. It's amazing how being on vacation makes time not only go quicker, but I seem to have so much to do! Especially with Christmas coming up! (I still need to get wrapping paper.... oh, and send my brother's christmas present over to the UK, oh jeeze.

Right, off to jump in the shower- I definitely earned it with my working out today!

Stay safe all <3 hugs all round xx

You are going to be crazy busy. You are an inspiration with your working out.

:star:The Green Challenge :star: Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!! B)

I didn't know the habit tracker was back. Love that it is. I found it really useful last month. Thanks :)

I also started taking my vitamins earlier in the day. I realized that vitamin it isn't necessarily good to take some vitamins too close to bedtime.

I have the chat bookmarked and it always takes me to the first page, I guess because of the bookmark. Then I have to figure out where I left off. Could you explain if there is a different way, that will take me to where I left off? You said: "I always go in from the group main page and open the team chat from there. It should open up to where you left off last." I may not be understanding your directions.

If you click the star on the thread it bookmarks it within MFP. Then click the top star to get to it next time. It always takes me to where I left off

    * Awake and out of bed by 9am ✔️

    Steps- TBD (not done yet)

Workouts- 0 out of 4 for the week

Hi guys- i am just heading out. Been a crazy day. I woke up at 4.30 this morning with immense tummy pains and again it's been a day where I have been nauseous and lethargic. IDK if it's the change in diet, upped exercise or what. Maybe I am not eating enough. I'm definitely drinking enough water!! Has anyone else had experiences like this? Tiredness, lethargy, icky tummy feelings? and....other....symptoms that might be a bit TMI? lol

Today has been good though, got most of my things done (except for my workout so only at like 3k steps so i very much doubt I'll hit my 10k today)

Tomorrow is mostly a rest day I think, I don't think I have much planned. Thank goodness lol.

With the lack of steps- I am sitting here kinda disappointed in myself. I am a perfectionist, and even though 10k steps is realistic if I am healthy, well and moving but if I am having an off day (like we all do from time to time) I have to remind myself that it's ok not to hit my target every day. I have to know my limitations. I am still over 325lb for goodness sake- the fact I worked out SIX times last week is miraculous!!!! I could barely get off my chair 2 months ago because of the pain! And what's funny is I never judge anyone like I would myself.... I am sure noooooooo one else can identify with that lol.

Anyhoo I'm going to reply to some of you lovely people and head to walmart- gotta get some bits and pieces before they close

    Stay safe all <3

Accountability helps tonnes. Having friends ask me "how is such-and-such going?" then I have to do it haha

Also- I set goals with my therapist every week - smart goals to help me get to my end goal, whatever that might be, that really helps.

I know what you mean about the up-late thing. I struggle to get my butt to bed. I go to bed before midnight now but then I'm lying there for like 2 hours because I can't sleep. Even if I get up early, I will be tired all day then at about 8pm I wake up! It's crazy! Now though, because I made a promise to stop eating by 8pm, I don't want to sit up hungry so I am more tempted to go to bed lol

Is there anything we can do to support you? Maybe ideas to help with routine? I'm sure we would all love to help you!
