    Question of the Day

What is the first thing you let slide when you are falling OFF the wagon?

I let my lips slide right over the pound cake 😬

    Beka's answer:
I stop measuring coffee creamer and slack on drinking water.

I stop being mindful. When I’m mindful for each meal then it all adds up to a good week.

    previous weight: 190.0
Current weight: 188.7 (back down to my recent low!)

Super proud of myself for getting back to business post-holiday and chugging water to get rid of some of the retention from sodium and junk. My goal current goal is to stay on track through my birthday in late February and try to make as much progress as possible by just staying super consistent. I keep reminding myself that at some point if I hit maintenance, I will have a bit more wiggle room. But, the more I yoyo now, the longer it will be until I get there - obviously.

I’m still within my calorie goal 😇 it’s so tough though as I’ve not been calorie counting or exercising regularly for months. So difficult getting back on track. I am fine during the day but struggle to control binging at night 😢

Yesterday a weird bubble appeared on my right wrist. Got tight turned blue and now it's almost gone. So weird y'all!! But the win here is me finishing that house with the thing driving me nuts!!

The holidays got the best of me. But I was up to 155 this past weekend so I'm on my way in the right direction-I will be working on my planner, goals and activity this weekend- thank goodness it's another 3 day weekend!!
I'm anxiously waiting for my new fitness/wellness planner - all in one!! I went to Hobby Lobby yesterday for some stickers for it - 50% off so not too bad!!

Got snow ❄❄❄ last night just in time for NY Eve - too bad it wasn't here for Christmas💥

@LaurieWrobo is there a fitness journal/diary you love? I have never used one and I'm wondering if it would be a helpful tool for me.

So I have cleaned out all the chips, snacks, chocolate, other crap that was in my freezer. I still have some frozen meals in the freezer that I am going to use for Saturday work days so I can just scan on the app, warm up and go. I am DEF looking forward to getting back on track. 202 was crap.

I’m struggling to get back on track. I’m fine during the day but I can’t stop at night. I ate a whole tub of Hagen daaz yesterday all by myself whilst I binge watched Scandal. I thoroughly enjoyed myself but my tummy and face are rapidly expanding 😭😭😭 I just lose all motivation at night

Yesterday I had a date the entire day with my husband. We walked the city and on the beach but also indulged on an amazing dinner. Proud I could live in the moment and not let it derail me the next day. Success is measured as a whole and not a single day, right? 😊

Yesterday I got a gym membership. Today (it's almost midnight, so I decided to count it) we returned the keys to our old apartment and officially said goodbye to what was our home for more than 9 years. I also cooked today - doesn't sound like much of a feat, but my husband does most of the cooking in our household. I definitely want to cook more now, since I have a brand new shiny kitchen with all new appliances.

What about notes on the fridge/freezer/cabinet reminding your self you have bigger goals? Maybe even a picture from a smaller time or what you want to wear?
