Looks like I have been MIA again. Sorry to be absent so long but I went back to my PA who continued to guess at why I am in so much pain. Kidney stones? Floating Rib syndrome? Guess? Tried to put me on Naproxen, but I had a prior allergic reaction to Meloxicam and pharmacy caught it, so none for me. (I really didn’t want it anyway. Went to see a chiropractor and my x-rays show arthritis in lumbar as well as some lower lumber issues, ribs out out of place and muscle issue causing pain on my side. Basically my left side is a mess, Hopefully I will get some help. This has been going on since July with blood work and CT scans, etc. My PA continues to think I am constipated. I told her I will photo blog my potty habits for her. Anyway, hope all of you are hanging in there. Be safe.

@clepant, You need a new medical provider.
2 miles on the track at the gym since it's raining. The four lanes are mostly down to 2 since they put bikes and other equipment up there so it was annoying when people start strolling two by two, one couple holding hands, another I had to ask to get through.

I took it very easy over the weekend and was only stiff this morning. I'm sure it will change when I get in the work rhythm this week and all of the stairs
@clepant I hope your providers get a treatment plan figured out. Arthritis is awful. Getting older isn't for sissies that's for sure.
