    Congratulate me. 😏

    Orthopedist says I have microscopic (stress) fractures in my ankle and tendon that are slowly healing from my accident the end of September. If I had gone in right away he would have put me in a cast but it's healing fairly well, if slow. Rest, ice/heat, elevate, and Aleve for me. If it isn’t better by next Wednesday I’m going to be in the boot for a week for little extra stability. Joy.

    Very wet and windy here for weeks. Got to step it up a bit or I won't be making target. I hate wet and windy. Wet is OK, windy is OK but the two together I just don't enjoy at all.
