Hi Brandi! I think I should have 6 days. I hit everything except one day I didn't exercise. Unless I am counting it incorrectly (check me on the spreadsheet)

Thanks for tracking all this - it's got to be a nightmare, and the pay sucks!

So sorry. You are correct. I accidently marked it down wrong. You did fabulous this week.

Keeping track of everyone keeps me logging in every day when it starts getting quiet around here which helps me to at least try to be mindful of my attempt to diet.

Today was a major lazy day. I spent most of the day planted in front of a puzzle. I pretty much forgot to eat today. I munched on a few dove chocolate squares with coffee for most of the day, and decided to carrots and onion dip, instead of making anything.
I prepped my lunch for the next few days and am going to try getting a good night's rest tonight. I have a feeling that this work week will be long!

@cmhubbard92 Sounds like a good day. My daughter got a puzzle for Christmas we are looking forward to working on. Just have to get the table cleared off.

Actually that isn't a concern for me anymore. My fiance's mom got me a "puzzle table" like he got her a few years ago for Christmas. There was a few delays in shipping, but they dropped it off to me a few days ago! It has four drawers so you can hide the pieces you aren't working on :) Also, I can put it away when I need the table :) I completed a Hogwarts one a few weeks ago and am working on a Darth Vader one now. @Krysless2 I love puzzles, too!

Note- Sundays are usually a problem for me. Today was better then the last, so my positive takeaways with comparison to last Sunday are as follows:
    - I was mindful with what I ate today.
    - I went to breakfast with my dad and when I was feeling full I put down my fork and asked the waitress to put the rest in a To-go container (I have an emotional connection to overeating so this was very difficult, but I did reason it out with “if I wanted it that badly it will be there for me later”
    - I had a plan of action for every opportunity I was presented to overeat today.

    1) Hurdle- At breakfast, I knew my dad would ask my why I wasn’t eating the rest of my meal and I just told him I was trying something new and diverted his attention to pictures of the wedding venue where my brothers getting married. That worked!
    2) Hurdle- Boredom throughout the day. Got on the treadmill every time I went to the pantry, to a point where I was sick of getting on the treadmill so randomly that I stopped going to the pantry.😬
    3) Hurdle- Late night munchies. This is a two part answer that ends with a new-found Hurdle. There was no late night munchies because I went to bed and I so easily overcame that whole ordeal because I wasn’t...see below
    4) ...Drinking alcohol! Newfound Hurdle- So looking back at my weight over the years I’m pretty confident that alcohol has been a huge reason why I got as big as I did. My largest binge eating sessions have been started by my foggy mind. I’ve decided to skip the drinks this week because actually I am just really curious if that alone will propel me even further into my weight loss goals and I would like to test the theory.

    Here’s to a great Week 2 TBBT!

@Krysless2 Awesome job having a plan of action to deal with opportunities to over eat and being mindful of what you were eating. I love how you are reflecting and identifying your hurdles and finding ways to get past them.

Maybe it can give you inspiration to cook something similar to what you liked with some lower calorie modifications.

@cmhubbard92 that puzzle table is awesome! I would love to get one for my husband. We love to have a puzzle out but they take us so long that we lose the dining room table for months.

I got into diamond painting this summer. I have a new set coming today and I can't wait. I am absolutely bored out of my mind lately! There is nothing left to clean/organize in my house. At least this will keep me entertained and out of the pantry 😂

@JMTiv1979 my daughter got me a diamond painting last year for Christmas, I am only about 20% done. 😕 It is very big though, 16x20. I think a smaller one would have sufficed. ☺️

I’ve never heard of these kits so I googled it, how neat they are! Which one have you done so far? I love the idea of displaying your completed work on the walls! I’m geeking out a lil bit over here! Lol

Is this like sequins? I used to get a craft catalog that had that and I always wanted to get a kit. But never did.
I used to do latch hook, but I don't have a lot of extra time for many craft hobbies anymore. Sometimes I will make the excuse that I am working on it for a gift to someone.
