Main success from the week was 0 soda!! I'm sure I may eventually loosen, but going cold turkey has at least been successful for the first bit of 2021, and I'll be trying to keep that up as long as possible. I've been drinking way more water than usual, which is obviously also a good thing.
Haven't weaned myself into working out again yet, but hoping to start getting some kind of real cardio routine back in place by the end of January.3 -
The Green Challenge Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team!
