@vhuber: Congrats on your endurance without all the bad stuff. I need to do that again, My diet has been the pits. I am slowly heading back to healthy eating again.
Thank you Janet and Dave! I am going to go for 150 miles. I hope to do at least 1/4 of them as running miles. We shall see. I got my ultra sound back today and the cyst on my liver and the one on my kidney were okay with no changes. And while they were at it, no gall stones as bladder looks good. Nice to have some good news for a change. My walking mile speed has improved as well. At least I am pushing for faster times ...lol.

Didn't see the ice under the water in the puddle. Studs never had a chance to get a grip in the ice and I went down hard enough to active my emergency beacon. Bruised hip but the bikes OK.2

I have a good start ad 5-3/4 miles. Please put me down for 60 again.
@sufferlandrian Ooh, ouch. I hope you are okay really. This sounds like my cousin. He was crowded out of the bike lane by a semi driver not paying attention. He broke his leg below the knee but the bike was just fine.

@Dean: It’s funny how happy we are to not damage our bikes. I am so glad you did not get seriously injured, but a fall like that sounds like someone is going to be sore for a few days.
@Libi_KK: Tnanks! I always hate probing because that gives them more to find. At least I know my inners are okay.
